Useful for steampunk settings: smokestacks, steamboats (alternately some boats without masts and some paddlewheel/smokestack assets), coal/slag heaps, cannons -- modular railroads and trains have been suggested in another post I would love these too, along with signals and modular bits for building industrial-scale warehouses and train stations.

Buildings that fit a High Elven aesthetic as opposed to the more wood elven buildings that exist

It used to be called the PATH tool. But there are shockingly few roads, Paths, and walkways. Watercolor cities could really use a road in the line tool.

underground homes, bridges, art deco tile textures, mines, ores so you can build Moria from lotr.

Saw someone create some groups using the line tools but those are super difficult to create and it would be super cool if you could design your own isometric castles using several modular pieces (walls, building bases, doors, windows, tower roofs, gates, etc). Would be super fun to play with and give a lot more options for custom castles/isometric castle maps.

Modern Buildings : Power Plants, Factories, Apartment blocks, Asphalt roads etc.

A brush with miniature buildings so you can just paint it, rather then placing stamps all over the place. On a big scale it tends to be hard on your cpu and takes a lot of time. You can do it now with using "Road Alpha" brush with righ saturation and hue settings. It could be a pattern that simply resembles roofs of the building, streets and trees, maybe with some alpha on it for combining with other brushes. From far away it would create a nice ilusion and make a city look massive without eating all your CPU memory
