Connecting Endings of Lines

I would like to have the possibility to snap / connect a path to an existing one.

This would allow for free draw of walls or terrain to be done in multiple stroke and avoid bad overlapping of stamps at the connection points.

Would be super handy for when I cut a shape off another shape and need to cap off the hole!

This would be a HUGE quality of life improvement.

Please, can we have this feature?

You also used to have the option of turning a line into a shape by snapping the end to the start node. That would be cool to have back.

This request could mean two things. I adjusted the title a bit, so we are more clear on one part: Connecting two lines to create a single longer line

If anybody wished to connected lines in any way to create branching lines or T intersections, please upvote this request instead: https://feedback.inkarnate.com/beta-access/p/create-branching-lines

    Path merging and snap

Allow the user to snap to the end/beginning/waypoint of an already drawn path. Merging would also allow to make one item of two, avoiding superposition of colours.

Also if merging is an option, cutting/splitting the path into 2 or more parts should be possible as well.
