Add All Composite Stamps to Catalogue

This is an extension to the suggestion Share Composite Packs: https://feedback.inkarnate.com/explorers/p/share-composite-packs

When cloning a map containing Composite Stamps, prompt the user if they want to add all of the composite stamp packs that are in the map to their catalogue.

Then in the catalogue, all newly added stamps should have a "NEW" mark on them (just like new releases of official stamps).
