Weather and Disasters

Like, a tornado, or a blizzard, or maybe a tsunami. Stuff to make cities and regions seem more dangerous and alive, and connected to the environment. Earthquakes and landslides would be cool too, but you can kind of already do that with mountains and other landslidey things. And (random side note) waves would also be nice.
