Texture Transforming/Stretching (Brush Tool)

The ability to transform the textures and alpha's that the brush paints in, as we can with stamps in the advanced options for textures.

Such as: stretching the waves, floor tiles, farmland, in the horizontal or vertical planes.

This would be really useful for certain textures and creating effects
