Sticky Catalog: Keep Catalog Position the Same Between Sessions with Each Map Having a Unique Saved State

It would be nice to have the catalog keep your position, search results open, and tags used saved/sticky between working sessions on a map. So when opening the map again you start right where you left off.

**We currently have this in champions with the new tag system, but it is universal and applies to all maps. The other addition would be to have each map have a unique save state to remember which settings you have on that map. So jumping between maps or to a new map you wouldn't affect your other maps settings.
