Stamp Blend Mode intensity

To get the optimal look for a light on a night scene, the same stamp needs to be applied multiple times with overlay blend mode.

A blend mode intensity slider could be displayed when a blend mode is selected.

Values greater than 1 (100) will render the stamp multiple times with the blend mode.
