Softness for other Brushes
When painting with the brush (Edgy, Grid and Shapes), we can do hard squares or freehand with blurred edges. It would be nice if we could draw straight edges but with the blur/fadeout effect at the sides.

How exactly do you mean? That while brushing one side is sharp, the other one is smooth?

Philipp: So with a brush, we can adjust the hardness/softness of the brush to get less harsh edges. With the box tool, or the circle tool, etc., we only have the choice of hard edges and overall opacity.
It would be incredibly beneficial for drawing dirt paths, roads etc. if we could have those box tools and so on fade between hard to soft at the edges.
