An Old Red Roofed Schoolhouse Building.
To expand beyond a singular asset, you could make them in different colors or one large and one small. A gothic version of a schoolhouse would be interesting as well. You could even make it in conjunction with an old school yard (see-saw, swing set) similar to the guild house assets under the "special buildings" section.
