Saved Custom Scene Filters and Scene Filter Favorites

I’d love to request a feature that lets us save custom filter settings, as well as save adjustments to default filters—similar to how we can favorite stamps and textures. Currently, I find myself copying filter settings between maps and having to manually reset them each time. Being able to save filter settings would make things so much easier!

This feature would also bring the filter tool more in line with some of the more updated tools, making it feel more streamlined and efficient.
