Ration Stamps - Additional Asset Request - Ration Wrappers

For the ration stamps, it would be useful to have the wrappings by themselves, maybe with a bit of stainage as well, so that we can either have them empty as evidence of an abandoned camp, or perhaps fill them ourselves.
