Quick populate stamp Tool

Add a tool to quickly populate areas with a selection of Stamps.

Use shift+ mouse1 to place outline points for the area to populate.

Select stamps or stamp groups with individual density sliders.

Use main Density slider to adjust over all stamp density.

Option to automatically create a stamp group from the generated stamps within the area.

Option to save and load configuration presets for this tool e.g. forest, path, shrubbery, etc.

Possibly use AI to smart populate rooms with Windows, Chairs, Tables, Carpet, etc.
