Publish multiple versions of a map

It would be nice to be able to publish several different versions of a map and have them all be published as one, with the viewer being able to click through them all. Currently working on a map that will show how the borders of a region have changed over time and I think I will be able to do it with the new brush and object layer system but besides publishing them all as separate maps there is no way I would be able to publish all of them together.
