Precise select: a keybind to marquee select only encapsulated items.

a keybind that will allow us to marquee select only the objects that fit fully into the marquee area, rather than also selecting all of the other (usually larger) pieces that the selection area just touches.

For example, only selecting the items fully within the red highlighted selection area and not all of the extraneous items that have a corner in the selection area, in the attached image.
