permanentely link cloned maps to original

If you clone a map of another user and then reclone it for yourself to make different versions, the link to the original is broken. Especially if you then delete the first clone - even through clicking the link-chain, you cannot find the original. Same for resizing.

This is sad because your cloned and published map cannot be found by users looking at the original. It also allows people to clone your maps and make them pass off as their own. Could be relevant for challenges.

All maps should be permanently linked to their original.
