Payment

This is the second time I ask if it is possible to get notice prior to subscription payment. First year absolutely no answer or note to say my request/inquiry was received. This year, same story, Got notify my payment did not pass - non surprises as my payment method changed over the year.

Asking why there is no 1 week warning of payment due, it was received as a "great idea"… This is basic client service in the online world.

Will it be done? now my account is stuck/lock and I can't clean it under 10 maps if I don't want to renew, so what should I do?

Will incarnate implement this suggestion, and if so when?

How can I get my account below 10 map to get the free one in the current situation?
