Path Object size should not change the stroke size

Path objects have two types of size: Size and Stroke Size.

When the Path Object is scaled, the Size property is changed. This causes the Stroke to be displayed in a bigger size, but the Stroke size does not change.

This makes it confusing to know the representing stamp size of the path since the stroke size does not match anymore.

Proposed change:

When the object size is changed, the stroke size value should be adjusted as well, so the visual stroke thickness stays the same and the displayed value always matches with the stamp size.
