Oil Cauldron: Empty version

Feedback from Discord (Eledryll): "Empty version of the oil cauldron please! Currently it's either "The enemy is at the door mid-assault" or "the castle doesn't have the ability to poor pitch at all"

I'd love for the option to exist without imagining servants keeping it at boiling temperature 24/7.

Also slight historical note : they never used oil. Far too costly, even for eating and even for the rich. It was pitch, which is better anyway because it sticks to the flesh and armor as well and doesn't "slide" like oil does."
