Off Canvas View

The ability to place and see stamps off of the active canvas area. This allows for a working area for making groups of stamps and selecting without grabbing other stamps by mistake etc.. and makes placing very large light stamps easier and more accurate where the centre of the stamp is likely way off of the active canvas.
