No minimum size for PT2 Shape Tool shapes

Feature Request

Permit us to place shapes (squares, circles, polygons…) with tiny sizes. That circle with size 3 is really intentional. :)

    That would be needed. Having to make a big polygon only to make it smaller and then adjust every corner loses me so much time. And in the end we DO have a very very tiny polygon anyway. It just takes longer.
