Nested Add to Group Menu & Move to Parent

Add top-level down nested menus to Add to Group menu and also the Move to Parent menu.

Ex: Top Level > Buildings > Tavern > Furniture

Sometimes, I accidentally put something in a group 4 menus deep and I have to click move-to-parent, then navigate up, move-to-parent, etc. It would be great if I could move to any folder from anywhere.
