Modern Assets

I would love to see some modern assets in inkarnate to build maps for modern-set ttrpg games in made-up cities/towns. Inkarnate currently is the best map making tool I can find, and none of the modern map makers I can find quite stack up. Even just some basic houses and community buildings (schools, town halls, fire stations, etc.) could do for a start.
