Medieval Platforms and Support for Layered Cities

Elevated platforms, walls, gates, and stairs to create multiple layers of a city.

There is one City POI that has a few buildings on a platform and stairs going up.

We need some pieces to build such custom platforms to give some height to cities, so they are not all so flat.
