Map Filters - More Control

I want to use the map filter, but it feels quite limited. Filters should have more preset options. More color options. And color sliders, saturation sliders, enhancing ambient shadows, glow/effect overlays.

Also, an option for filters in specific areas of the map, selected by the maker. For example, applying shaders and filters to a single selected space on a map versus the entire thing.
