make scaffolding legs line up with top ends

adjust the legs of the scaffolding stamps slightly so the bottom legs line up with the top pokey bits across all of the scaffolding stamps (if perspective is an issue it can match to a smaller/bigger size) this makes the scaffolding stackable so we can make bigger taller scaffolding.
