Make notes useful to save time as DM

Short: Inkarnate notes that can be used and clicked by the DM in external Programms especially like Foundry, Roll 20 or simple things like a PDF-Reader or similar.

It would be nice if we could save time while mapping making the preparing simultaneously for a session by taking notes for loot, story etc. At the moment if you make notes in inkarnate and you want to use them you need to open the map in inkarnate, you can't export them or use them otherwise. It's not useful to use the notes with a opened map in inkarnate (takes long to open, complicated, accidentally changes). What do you think?
