Lock Stamps to the FG, so non will be placed in the BG
Option to disallow Stamps to be placed in the BG.
Useful for adding Trees with the density brush near a river or the coast. Water is typically the BG layer and no tree should stand in the water.

This! Also being able to lock stamps to the background, so that you can put water plants along the edges of the water without them spilling onto the land.
