Light mode

Although the dark mode is in vogue right now, some stamps are hardly visible on the dark background

Please create a light mode option. Stamps are impossible to see and I'm tired of straining my eyes!

Please give us a light mode option! Dark mode makes it impossible to view some stamps in the catalogue without hovering over each individual one. Sometimes I want to see the full pack! Just having a toggle option would be so useful and kinder to some folks' eyes.

Light mode please!!! at least let us change the background behind the canvas. Sometimes I lose my paint brush against the dark background because its a small brush.

Yes! I can't believe this isn't an option, it's driving me crazy!

I'm very much behind this - unless it's a light mode, something on the icons please to provide contrast, as the classic dungeon symbols etc. are barely visible when I browse them now. Thanks!

A friend of mine pointed out that people with certain vision issues also struggle with dark mode (personally I love it, so this quite surprised me, though it makes sense). So a light mode for the UI is also a significant accessibility issue.

Bringing this up again. I imported a bunch of inked map assets from real maps and they are basically invisible on the Inkarnate background. I end up having to search them in my own file browser and then type the name of the asset into Inkarnate to search for it instead of viewing it directly. I tried seeing if custom CSS would work but because the UI is all in a single canvas element there is nothing uses can do to circumvent this; so it’s probably also an accessibility issue for some. Even just a toggle to invert the stamp colors in the stamp browser, or change just the stamp browser background color, would be enough if that can be delivered sooner than a full-app light mode theme.
