Increment/Decrement Relative Asset Size: [Alt]+click up/down Size arrows to make all assets X% larger or smaller

Once we have ability to place objects with random size (or have done so manually), it is sometimes helpful to be able to increase/decrease their relative size without shifting their position.

Right now if you select a collection of assets in different sizes, Ink displays the average size and adjusting the values makes everything the same size.

MS Word has Increase Font Size and Decrease Font Size buttons that increment/decrement sizing - while keeping their relative sizing differences.

So, for example, [Alt/Shift/Ctrl]+click the Up button to make everything 5% larger, click the down button to make everything 5% smaller.
