Hotkey to Turn On/Toggle Snap when Placing Stamps

Provide hotkey to temporarily turn on snap when placing stamps. There is a hotkey for locking line angles when placing lines, something similar to force stamp snapping to grid (without having to switch the checkbox) would be a good quality of life improvement.
