Horizontal Stairs (Stroke Asset)

Request from Discord:

"So, if you use Line tool to make stairs, the stairs' steps are perpendicular to the line. Allowing you to make a long set of stairs… but not a wide set of stairs.

How about we add some kind of stamp or setting that allows us to "rotate" the stairs so we can make them horizontal? Like the image I added for reference."
