Global Settings
The ability to set global stamp settings that apply to all stamps (both custom and stock).
For example:
Shadow = None which would globally apply to every item.
Placement = Off
Saturation = 80
Basically all of the available features in "Stamp Options" but on a global level that would apply to everything.
There should also be a default setting which would allow the user to set it back to how it originally was.

Yas Pls, I have been taking an egregious amount of time on this city map to set and reset shadows… It would be really cool to have it maybe in the scene settings panel to be able to adjust the initial setting for all stamps, then change them individually…
It would save SO much time
