Global Settings

The ability to set global stamp settings that apply to all stamps (both custom and stock).

For example:

Shadow = None which would globally apply to every item.

Placement = Off

Saturation = 80

Basically all of the available features in "Stamp Options" but on a global level that would apply to everything.

There should also be a default setting which would allow the user to set it back to how it originally was.
