Favorite Menu Scroll Distance

Within the favorites menu scrolling to find options outside below does not behave well. Often options are cut off and dont ever show fully on screen. Adjusting this so it always scrolls one row at a time relative to the size of the actual rows would help. Makes it easier to select the one you want and in some cases its hard to tell what an option is because it is cut off. Example of this is shown in the image were the third row is never fully visible.
