Escape Should Default to Select Tool

Currently, if you have a tool open (like a stamp for example), and you press ESC, it minimizes the tool box on the left hand side. If you press ESC again, it should jump to the "Select Tool". Currently it does not do that. As of now, it keeps the stamp active. Pressing ESC intuitively makes you think you the tool you are using will go away, and you will be able to select something else. Thanks!
