About the doors: We decided to make the doors VTT conform, which means filling in tile width, which represents 5ft. We know this is not realistic but needed for VTTs and rolplay to work since the Tokes are 5x5ft.
Everything that is smaller than 5ft wide would counts as difficult terrain, which would half the movement speed, so it does have an important effect.
