Docks "edge" to shape tool

Updating previous suggestion "add docks stamp to line tool"

if you are making a larger port area, the current dock stamp does not scale up very well and is only good for smaller sized docks. regardless, it would be so much easier to make an edge of a dock so you can make custom docks of any width with the shape tool.
