cycling nodes issue

if you cycle nodes with shift+tab once you go the full number of nodes the key starts cycling through the browser instead. Im not sure what this is called but when you typically hit tab in the browser it cycles to the next "field" on the page. Its doing that where it jumps up to my url and bookmarks bars
