Custom Default Settings

An options menu where we can set our own custom defaults for the various settings in the editor would be a wonderful quality of life update. Some examples of what I'm thinking: a toggle to choose if "snap to grid" is selected or deselected by default when we first open the editor.

A toggle to choose background, foreground, or top as the default selection in the brush/mask tools.

A slider to choose the default stamp size when we first use a stamp.

An option to make the current settings the default for future maps.
