Cursor Visibility / Brush Tool Cursor Color

An accessibility option inside the parameters allowing us to change the color / shape of the cursor/brush, especially the Brush Tool to track it better and find it while painting. At large scale it's not a big deal, but when painting details at 1 to 4px, it's really easy to lost sight of it.
