Use a CSV file to generate a base map. For example do:
W,W,W,T,T,T,T,P,P,P
Then replace the W's with water. Replace T with trees and P with plains. This would only be suitable with brushes. Stamps would still most likely need to be added manually unless you can upload a separate CSV for each type, including the mask.
