(Cross-)Hatching Fill for Line/Shape Tool

Hi! A couple friends and I have been using simple map designs to get ideas across without going too deep into Detail. So we've found a simple stroke outline to be the most useful. Obviously I'm not really great with handdrawing like you can see on the image, but overall I'd simply like to request that instead of a texture or colour Fill, we could fill it with a hatching of various degrees that sticks to the chosen colour.

Manually, we've been able to depict Red areas as mountains, blue as water, green as forests, and black as the simple continental outlines.

If you could go a step further to even allow the filled hatches to take different patterns like in CAD Drawings that would be even more amazing. But even just basic hatchings that can swap between 45°, 90° and 135° would be plenty.
