Copy all stamp settings.

When a specific placed stamp is selected, and then the stamp menu is selected, most settings (hue, size, layer, etc, stamp itself) is set for the next stamp. Blend mode is not set on the next stamp, though, so the stamp ends up not looking the same as the one that was originally selected. Fix so Blend mode is also set to match the previously selected stamp.
