Colored Sparkles Stamp

I'm making a geode cave and would love a colored stamp I could put on things to make them sparkle specific colors. This would essentially be the sparks stamp, but in a golden color that is similar to the color of one of the yellow lights. This would allow it to be hue shifted into any color.
