Clipping Mask Brush option

This would create a brush option that creates a clipping mask wherever you draw it.

This feature would be used to help blend stamps into the foreground and into each other.

This would circumvent the current workaround where we flatten a stamp to Foreground and background then carefully brush over it in order to edit and combine stamps with each other.

The usability of this feature could be multiplied if Top layer becomes one that can be adjustable. Then the clipping mask brush could be interwoven between stamps to allow for amazing blending techniques to create landscapes similar to Brian Marshal Arts and the other talented map makers.
