Clip mask to a specific layer

Currently, Layers v2 only allow us to set clips to "Erase" or "Nearest brush". With the ability to flatten to a specific layer now, I think it could be very useful to be able to clip to a specific layer, instead of having to reorganize everything so the clip is directly above the texture layer we want to clip to. Being able to "ignore" certain layers underneath the clip mask would make sense now IMO.
