Bubbles and Domes

I'd love to have some magic bubbles or domes that I could put around buildings or cities. It would be great to have them in the classic pale-blue and also a pale yellow, as yellow hue shifts beautifully into all of the other colors. Ideally they would be transparent except for the outlines and highlights, so that you can see what is inside them.
