Bring Back Double Clicking to Open Layer

Not liking that we cant double click on the layer to open it up after the new update, it just throws a wrench in front of working on different layers.

i dont know if its a bug or intentional, but i would like double clicking on the layer and opening it.

would be nice to keep the double click for renaming, only on the written name tho.
