Having to first "place" a filter layer to see all the options available is limiting and unneeded. In both the asset, texture, and shape/stroke tools we can see all options from all styles available to us.
In Sci-fi Battlemaps, having to place a color filter then switching to "night scene" isnt necessary. We should be able to select it from the filter creation menu. Its redundant work.
Additionally without being able to see all of the options how are we to know what filters are available or moreso in what category? Polluted Air is in the color category but hazardous waste is in the texture category. If you arnt in a scifi style map there is no way to know that and make it very hard to find them.

Right now some filters arnt even accessible in certain styles: gloom and doom as well as corrupted essence arnt options in a scifi map.
