Add the option to "Move to Layer" within groups

In Layers 2.0, the only way to move a group of stamps within a group from one layer to the other is to first "Move to parent", then select everything again and "Move to layer". It would save some time to have the option "Move to layer" accessible within the groups, unless it's impossible for some coding reason I ignore?
