Add the Clip Mask Toggle to Stamp Options

Add the Clip Mask toggle to the stamp options section so you can toggle it on / off while placing repeated stamps. Currently, I have to place the stamps with the default clip mask on, then select them all to turn it off. Using the Gothic Battlemap 2.0 hills for example. This is a minor request, but removes a step for when I just want the texture without the clip mask (I often use a mix of both so sculpt hills).
